Our primary role is to provide you with unbiased information on the convention and incentive infrastructure in Rotorua. Our services include bid preparation, finding suitable venues for your event, conducting famils and site inspections, designing bespoke partners programmes and post-conference activity, and putting you in touch with the ‘who’s who’ of the conference industry in Rotorua.
We work closely with Tourism New Zealand to assist with international conference advice and bidding. Bid support may be available to associations wanting to bring their international conference to New Zealand through the Conference Assistance Programme (CAP).
